Whew. What fun this season was! A wonderful time to just stand in front of gleaming jars of spring and summer preserves in the pantry and root cellar. Take pictures! Even if only you ever look at them, it will make you smile knowing you accomplished a year of making your own food.
Last of the harvests are finally tucked into the Root Celler. Last of the chores are to make sure the harvests are safe from mice and too much moisture…then check again.
