Adapting is a necessary virtue this time of year. People with most of their personality traits, or symptoms, in this kind of body can seamlessly adapt to changed plans and routines. Plan B? No problem. The spontaneity of summer fun is a creative challenge they enjoy.
Adapting too much causes symptoms. Even a strong, flexible stick can be broken if you bend it back and forth too many times. The key is having boundaries and practicing the fine art of saying no.
Even the most nurturing soul needs to learn to lovingly say no when their health is at risk. Doing too much, for too many, for too long will make you sick.Finish what you start. This is also the most communicative type of body. They can talk to anyone. Summer is very social. Being this social all the time is tiring all by itself. Being too tired takes all the fun out of a social event. Making time to cool off, and calm down in a quiet place every day really helps.
This is also the most creative of the five kinds of people. Doing artwork of some sort is amazingly calming. Concentrating on just doing one thing at a time is calming. Focusing on expressing yourself through artwork, or cooking for fun, is the most relaxing thing you can possibly do…even if its just for an hour. If you can’t find an hour a day to yourself, you are too busy.
