Sight – Early Winter

Adirondacks

All preparations are done. Now it’s a matter of surviving the winter. All five of your Common Senses play a part in your immune system. A healthy immune system prevents illness. Prevention is easier than cure.

Typical symptoms of Early Winter are from the Common Senses of…
Hearing (Spirit): Depression, Sluggishness, Lots of colds /flu, Sinus congestion, Bronchitis/Pneumonia, Water retention, Eye problems, Eating disorders, Skin outbreaks, Isolationism, Judgmental
…and Taste (Mind/Adapting): Digestion problems, Sleep problems, Unhappy but not depressed, Sudden fatigue, Cravings, Twitching, Joint pain, Weight management, Anxiety, Unable to finish anything

Your Common Sense of Sight is in charge of happy hormone production, digestion, metabolism, turning food into energy, waste management, moving your body for fun, feeling pleasure with your five common senses, your brain and spinal cord, multitasking, spontaneity, enjoying play, creativity, and enthusiasm.

Happy hormones can’t happen without a healthy amount of HDL foods in your diet. It’s the good cholesterol that comes from avocado, olive oil, beans and legumes, whole grains, prunes, apples, pears, salmon, mackerel, albacore tuna, sardines, rainbow trout, flax, and nuts.

Body – Your Common Sense of Sight is responsible for feeling pleasure in all five of your physical senses. Creation happy hormones is found here. People with a majority of traits in this category are natural flirts. It seems like they are always having fun of some sort.

There’s a good reason for that. When healthy, their bodies produce an abundance of happy hormones. Stress hormone busters. Flirting and having fun with other people creates oxytocin. It’s the only happy hormone that you can’t do alone. It’s the “love” hormone released upon physical contact.

Physical contact can be prolonged eye contact, touching someone while you talk to them, a hug, a kiss, or intercourse. Its about contact with another soul. Having pets you can cuddle and play with does the same thing. Use physical contact with people around you as a stress busting tool for yourself and everyone around you.

Mind – Determine three creative projects. Finish them before starting another. Volunteer. Winter is a time of survival for many. People with a majority of traits in the Common Sense of Sight are natural volunteers. Multi-tasking skills, their ability to talk to anyone, emotional stability and creativity makes emergency care easier for them than others. Perfect for emergency rooms, first responding to crisis, firefighting, or anything that helps anyone having a hard time.

Spiritual needs that should to be present in your life…or symptoms happen.
Feelings flow freely, enthusiasm, creativity, enjoy intimacy, a passion for life, able to bounce back from stress, spontaneity, charisma, healthy self–esteem, appreciates uniqueness in others, complete control of your emotions and thoughts, decisive, committed, radiate joy
