Vitamin Loss Causes

Consequences for your actions

Sometimes symptoms happen from your choices. Everything you put into your mouth has an effect on your body. Some come with a cost. All of these things on this list chew up vitamins and minerals from your body. Vitamin deficiency causes symptoms.

The most fun way to replace what has been lost is with food. Cut back on things that are causing symptoms if you can. If the vitamin loss is from a necessary treatment or prescription, eating better will help with side effects.

Please look at the vitamin list under Perma-Health for foods that contain the vitamins/minerals you need to replace. That page will also tell you why your body needs all of them. Eat some of those foods in every meal for a week. You’ll be surprised at how much better you feel.
